Good Morning Britain fans back new blunt proposals to stop terrorism – but is it too much?: "Good Morning Britain viewers are backing the former head of Cobra to become the next prime minister.

Following his interview on the show yesterday (May 25), Colonel Richard Kemp spoke to presenters Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard again today about his views on how to combat terrorism in the light of the Manchester attack, which killed 22 people including children.

Paul Gibson, Former UK Director of Counter Terrorism, criticised Kemp's proposals, describing them as "blunt" and suggesting it would impact our liberal society."
